Local moves are priced hourly rather than by shipment weight or total mileage. The total cost depends on the crew size, truck size, access conditions, and total time required to complete the relocation. Family Affair Moving requires a 3-hour minimum for local moving services.

One-way drive time applies to local relocations and is added to the total moving time. During the estimate process, we determine the recommended crew size and truck based on the inventory, property layout, stair access, elevators, and parking conditions.
